Ean Sullivan
Originally from the South Jersey/Philadelphia area, Ean came to Tampa for college where he attended Saint Leo University, graduating with a degree in Sport Business with a concentration in Marketing. Upon graduation, Ean started his career in recruitment where he has grown a wide range of skills focused on growing internal head count and building a strong company culture. Ean's recruitment career started at KForce, supporting the JPMorgan Chase team in a technical recruiting function. He then transitioned over to WilsonHCG, an RPO Firm, where he diversified his recruitment experience, supporting many clients such as Avanade, Uber, American Express, Cintas, NFP, NY Life, and YellowPages. Ean worked his way from an entry level recruiter to Senior Technical Lead, where he was responsible for leading the entire intern program, focusing on career fairs/alumni hiring, as well as 6 technical recruiters. Ean then transitioned to HarvardPartners where he spent the last 3 years in an agency style recruitment role. At HarvardPartners, Ean recruited for Citizens Bank, BCBS and IGT, specializing in the tech space.
Ean lives locally in Tampa with his wife, Katarina, and 18month old, Chase. Ean is an avid sports fan, supporting his teams, Eagles, 76ers and Phillies. He grew up playing basketball and baseball and looks forward to coaching his son in the future
